With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Returns policyYou can return goods unused with all original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund/exchange.Return carriage is payable by the customer, unless the reason for return was our mistake. In these cases we will refund the carriage costs. The customer is responsible for the goods under they are received and signed for by Alpine Ski Works. We would suggest that the customer uses a tracked delivery service to return the goods.Custom fitted ski bootsSki boots which have been custom fitted (including heat fitting) are non-returnable (unless they are damaged due a manufacturing defect). At Alpine Ski Works, we are happy to custom fit and modify ski boots to allow a better fit. We offer this service free of charge (see boot packages) on purchases made from our store. It is important to remember that ski boots do "bed in" with use, and as such, some problem areas may not be identified until after use. That is why we actively encourage customers to use the boots and then book an adaption appointment after skiing. The comfort of footwear is not covered under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, however we do offer the adaption sevice to our customers, the law does not stipulate that we have to offer this service.Warranty returnsAll items are covered by a 12month manufacturer warraty (from the date of purchase). Please contact us via email before returning any items. Some manufacturer's require physical inspection of faulty items, so the claim may take a little while. Original purchase receipts are required for all warranty claims. The items returned under a warranty claim must be clean- if they are dirty then they will not be accepted for replacement/repair.Wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.ShippingTo return your product, you should mail your product to: 07547 892439, alpineworkshop2325@gmail.com, 42 High Street, Honiton,EX14 1PJ.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
