We have all been there- those uncomfortable ski boots with blisters, pain, rubbing, cold feet etc. This simply ruins your ski holiday, one you have often spent all year looking forward to an saving up for. Don’t let another holiday be ruined by incorrectly fitting boots. At Alpine Ski works, we encourage you totalk to our expert fitters about what boot is right for you.

Comfortable ski boots are the key to any ski holiday. They are not slippers, but they should not be painful, uncomfortable to the point you cannot wait to take them off. There are many things to consider when choosing a pair of boots, and colour is last on that list! Your foot length, shape, size is important as well as your height, weight and skiing ability.

Our expert boot fitters will take all these factors into consideration when they assist you in deciding on which ski boots are right for you.

We offer one on one appointments so we can give our customers the best experience
We are not brand bias
We are trained to stretch the shells, adapt the liners and will do this in store, whilst you wait - these adjustments can further adapt your boots to suit your foot shape

With correct fitting boots, it is also important to think about:

· Anatomically correct ski socks of thickness depending on your ability

· Custom foot beds/insoles to suit your foot shape and instep

Boot adaptions to your existing ski boots

Your feet change shape through the natural aging process, injury, weight changes etc. but that does not necessarily mean that you need to purchase new ski boots.
Make an appointment with us today and we will assess whether you need:
- Re-fitting of the liner
- Stretching of the shell
- Liner customisation
- Custom insoles

Ski Boot Adaptions
Boot fitting of ski boots purchased elsewhere (including re-fitting of your old ski boots) is £65.00. This includes foot assessment, liner re-heating, boot stretches (as many as required in one sitting). Custom insoles or accessories are in addition to this, if required.

Heat fit of Boots purchased elsewhere
Most modern ski boots are equipped with thermodynamic properties within the liner and/or shell which further enhance, and customise the fit of the ski boot, to the individual. We heat fit any ski boot in store and the cost of this (if you pruchased the boot from elsewhere) is:
Liner only = £45.00
Liner and shell = £55.00
